Paint correction is a way of bringing the life back into the paint especially when faded by the sun, washed improperly, scratched and marred from daily driving, or years of sitting still. Paint correction can be completed in many ways but we classify it in three different levels: Stage 1, Stage 2, and Multi-Stage

Paint Correction can be done to:
Cars, Boats, Motorcycles, ATVs, RVs, Snowmobiles and more

All of our team at Pür Detail is trained by the world renowned polisher company, Rupes. This ensures we are correcting your vehicle's surface in the most professional and trained manner. From measuring your paint depth to using the right pads and polishers for the job, we take all the precautions to make sure the job is done properly.

Stage 1

Stage 1 correction is recommended for new or lightly used vehicles with minimal paint defects. With this service we are able to remove small swirls and scratches, light water spots, and any remaining haze in the paint's finish. The goal is to remove the defects and leave your vehicle with a deep, clear shine.

The process begins with a hand wash using our two-bucket method and fresh mitts and towels.
The car is completely decontaminated by usuing an iron remover and a clay bar that remove imbedded break dust, bugs, and any other contaminants.
A one-step polish remove defects in the paint and leaves a beautiful shine.
To finish this service, a 3-6 month wax sealant is applied to all painted surfaces

Stage 2

Stage 2 correction is recommended for vehicles with heavy swirl marks and scratches and/or light oxidation (chalk like film on vehicle) The goal of this service is to cut away 75-85% of the scratches and imperfections.
We start the process with our wash and decontamination process.

Following decontamination, we then use different buffing pads and compounds to remove any swirls, scratches, and random defects from the clear coat.

The process is finished with a one-step polish to remove any remaing haze and small scratches leaving the vehicle looking new or better than new.

A 3-6 month wax sealant is standard to apply after polishing but we highly recommend our 1 year, 3-5 year, or 10+ ceramic coatings for even longer lasting protection

Time: 8-10 hours

Multi-Stage correction is the ultimate finish for your vehicle. With this service we aim for as close to perfection as we possibly can. This is ideal for show cars, classic cars, exotics, or any vehicle you want to look perfect.

Similar to our other stages, we start with the wash and decontamination process.
We then go through our compounding and polishing stages of the vehicle in a panel by panel process.
After the correction stages, we then re-inspect every last inch of the paint. Any remaining defects are spot sanded and polished. Upon completion, we will have eliminated 98% of all defects in the paint

Much like our Stage 2 service, we will apply a wax sealant but highly recommend a ceramic coating for the ultimate shine and protection
